• American Bureau of Shipping Penflex exhaust expansion joints are Product Design Assessment Certified under No. 21-2176968-PDA.

• ASME Penflex welders are certified to ASME Section IX, the industry’s highest standard, to further confirm the quality of their work as well as the quality of Penflex assemblies and expansion joints more broadly. 

• CRN (Canadian Registration Number) The CRN identifies that the design has been accepted and registered for use in that province or territory.

• DNV GL Penflex single and double braided 700 Series sizes 2 ½” to 12” (DN65 – DN300), P3 Series sizes ¼” to 2” (DN6 – DN50), and our Welding Workshop in Vietnam comply with DNV GL standards.

• International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Our Quality Management System is an official program certified by an external governing body to the ISO 9001 Standard.

• PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) Penflex’s corrugated hose seam welding procedures for the below hose series are qualified for pressure equipment in categories I, II, III and IV of PED 97/23/EC.
