P3 Series
P3 hose and braid represent a new generation of products manufactured using an innovative production process which allows for longer lengths, uniformity of corrugations and consistency of pitch.
The series promises a bright, clean finish with a high coverage braid that provides optimum working pressures and maximum protection. Penflex carefully packages P3 on durable reels for shipment by air, truck or ocean.

CL3: Clean ID Hose
Given the cleanliness requirements for cryogenic and vacuum applications, we wondered if it was possible to eliminate the need for cleaning processes with a more precise manufacturing process.
For Penflex, this meant removing the internal tooling and, with it, the need for lubrication oil. By re-working the way we make tube and reducing the amount of power required to bring the tube into the corrugation headers, we were able to do just that!
A greater level of precision now allows us to offer stainless steel hose with a truly clean inside. CL3 features the same geometry as P3, delivering the same thin-wall construction with low corrugation profile and high pitch count for a very flexible hose. CL3 is currently available in sizes ½” – 2”.
