P3 hose and braid represent a new generation of products manufactured using an innovative production process which allows for longer lengths, uniformity of corrugations and consistency of pitch.
The series promises a bright, clean finish with a high coverage braid that provides optimum working pressures and maximum protection. Penflex carefully packages P3 on durable reels for shipment by air, truck or ocean.

Certifications
P3 hose and braid is the most internationally competitive hose series Penflex produces. It is designed for use in a wide range of pressure situations and is manufactured and tested in accordance with requirements of ISO 10380 Standard.
Furthermore, P3 Series sizes ¼” to 2” (DN6 – DN50) comply with DNV GL standards pertaining to metal hose.

CL3: Clean ID Hose
Given the cleanliness requirements for cryogenic and vacuum applications, we wondered if it was possible to eliminate the need for cleaning processes with a more precise manufacturing process.
For Penflex, this meant removing the internal tooling and, with it, the need for lubrication oil. By re-working the way we make tube and reducing the amount of power required to bring the tube into the corrugation headers, we were able to do just that!
A greater level of precision now allows us to offer stainless steel hose with a truly clean inside. CL3 features the same geometry as P3, delivering the same thin-wall construction with low corrugation profile and high pitch count for a very flexible hose.
CL3 is currently available in sizes ½” – 1”.
